What's the Minimum Age to Participate?

We have Open Gym Classes available from 6 months Old! As well as coach led classes from 2.

What Do They Need To Wear?

Kids can wear anything they feel comfortable to move in and can choose to either where shoes or be barefoot during class

How long is a Class?

Classes range from 45mins to an Hour, Depending on the Class
